COMMUNITY SERVICE
During March and April 2008, the  Jasper Moose Family Center #1175 made donations of Funds or Services to:
Moose Charities YCC Program, Special Olympics, American Red Cross, Actors Community Theater, NE Dubois Golf, JHS Post Prom, Jasper Youth Baseball, Jasper Girl's Slow Pitch Softball, Forest Park Band Boosters, Dad's 3v3 Soccer Tournament and Southern Indiana Leathernecks.

MEMBERSHIP NEWS
In March and April, 6 new members were enrolled in the Jasper Moose.  The new members were: John Hoffman sponsored by Charles Knust; Mark Mehringer sponsored by James Brown; Curt Rees sponsored by Lawrence Schmidt Jr.; Andrew Wellmeyer sponsored by Brian Ramsperger; Thomas Rasche sponsored by Edward Ziegler; and Larry Brown sponsored by Brian Ramsperger
Congratulations to the new members and a BIG THANK YOU to the sponsors.  Please say hello to the new members and make them feel welcome.

MOTHER DAY'S BREAKFAST
The Sunday Morning Breakfast is planned for May 11, 2008.  This is also Mother’s Day so bring your Mother to the Lodge between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. for a delicious, all you can eat breakfast!  There will be eggs, bacon, sausage and ham.  Biscuits and gravy, pancakes and syrup.  Orange juice, milk and coffee.  This will be the last Sunday Morning Breakfast until October so don’t miss this opportunity to show your Mom you love her.  The cost is only $5.00 for adults and $2.50 for children age 11 and under.  Everyone is welcome and encouraged to come,  with or without Mom.

JASPER MOOSE GOLF SCRAMBLE
The annual Jasper Moose Golf Scramble will be at the Jasper Municipal Golf Course on June 1, 2008.  Sign up and entry fees can be made at the Moose Lodge’s Social Quarters.  If we are able to get at least 18 teams confirmed for the scramble, the course will be open to Moose members only and we will be using a shotgun start.  Please be at the course and ready to golf by 7:30 a.m

FAMILY NIGHT MEALS
Tuesday nights are family nights at the Jasper Moose.  The *schedule is as follows:
1st Tuesday:  Spaghetti Night
(October thru May)
2nd Tuesday:  Relay for Life
(October thru May)
3rd Tuesday:  Pizza Night
4th Tuesday:  Pork Chop Night
*All meals are served from 6:00 to 7:00 pm.  All dates are subject to change do to special events or holidays.  Check the events calendar for any changes

Mon-Fri: 3:00 to 10:00 pm
Sat:  11:00 am to 11:00 pm
Closed Sunday and Holidays

Smoking Policy

All of our Family Activities, Family Meals and our Dining Room are smoke free. Smoking is allowed in the Social Quarters and during Bingo with a smoke free area during Bingo for those who do not smoke. We have positioned smoke eaters around the lodge and maintain them to alleviate any lingering cigarette smoke for the comfort of all 

   

W.O.T.M. Chapter #955 News   SPAGHETTI NIGHT May 6, 2008 is the last Spaghetti Night until October.  Dinner will be served from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m..  Besides spaghetti, there will be some great meat sauce, garlic bread and salad to finish off your meal.  Come and get all you can eat to hold you over until this fall   W.O.T.M. MEETINGS Chapter Night is scheduled for the evening of Monday, May 12, 2008 at 6:30 p.m.  May is Academy of Friendship month and BECKY GADLAGE and her committee will be in charge of the program Chapter Business Meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 19, 2008 at 7:00 p.m CONGRATULATIONS!!!
